The editorial board of the Journal consists of students in their ultimate and penultimate years endeavoring to create a platform for discussions. As editors, their vision of their work is not to rewrite a paper or recreate or alter the message of a research but merely provide motivated and channeled support to endeavors to allow manuscripts to be transformed into well finished academic work

Arpita Sharma- Founder & EIC

Arpita is an Associate in Link Legal India Law Services. She has also pursued several diploma and certificate courses. She has presented her papers in more than 12 National-International Conferences (Both legal and Interdisciplinary). Her articles have been published in several reputed International Journals of countries like Canada, Malaysia, U.S.A., Nepal etc. She worked as a columnist for an online magazine and was also appointed as a Regular Blogger for Penn Undergraduate Law Journal’s Roundtable. She served as an Associate Editor for UPES Law Review. Currently she is the Associate Editor for COLS Newsletter and the Student Editor for the UPES Journal of Law and Technology. The brain behind the idea of this Journal is her.

Puja Kumari- Co-Founder & EIC

Puja is currently serving as an Associate in Wadia Ghandy & Co. An avid reader, who professes profound love for writing and research. She has presented papers in several National and International conferences. Her articles have also been published in several reputed international and national journals. She is also an ardent debater. She has completed several diploma and certificate courses. She has also served as a columnist for an online magazine has also served as the associate editor of UPES Newsletter and student editor of UPES Journal of Law and Technology. She believes in living life to the fullest and making every moment count.

Shubhangi- Co-Founder & Executive Editor

Shubhangi is currently pursuing post-graduation in economics from University in Chicago. She is an avid reader with an interest in commercial laws, economics and international relations. She has published papers in national and international journals, served on editorial board of two publications, adjudged Runners Up in a national moot, South Asian regional of an International moot and third Best Team (Prelims) in international moot on investment law. In 2014, she visited the University of Chicago for a three week course on “law and economics”. Her dream job would involve economics (sans mathematics), application of laws, intensive research and allow her to explore different culture (and its food!).

Late Yugaank Patil- Associate Editor

Yugaank was a 3rd year student pursuing B.B.A., LL.,B.,(Hons.) at Karnataka State Law University’s Law School. Torts, Jurisprudence, Plant Varieties and Protection and Information Technology Law were his interests. His dream was to work for a research institute of his interest. He loved fiction (Esp. Tolkien’s works) and sports. He passed away in a tragic accident in the year 2015.
